You don't have to register to browse the site, but if you'd like to join in the BHPF forum discussions you will need to. Once you've registered, we'll send you an email asking you to confirm your registration. Please follow the instructions. You can update your account at any time by going to http://www.bhparentsforum.org/user.

By using the message board you agree to abide by the following rules & regulations which are subject to change at any time and without notice!

If any of the rules below are not adhered to BHPF reserve the right to suspend, restrict or ban users.

RULES:

The use of the BHPF message boards is made available for you to discuss matters related to BHPF and BHPF events unless covered by but limited to the particular rules below.

We expect any posts that are made on the message board with regards to BHPF matters and events to be constructive; this is not to say that we will delete posts that are not positive as long as a clear and concise explanation is given for a grievance.

We appreciate constructive feedback as this helps the BHPF forum to grow and improve.

1. The messageboard service is not provided as an advertising medium for events, conventions or signings organised by other companies or groups other than BHPF or those approved by BHPF. If you are unsure of this rule please email first before posting tasha@brightonandhoveparentsforum.com

2. Do not publicise sites outside of our company or partner companies unless cleared through ourselves first. You can contact us by email at tasha@brightonandhoveparentsforum.com for clarification.

3. Use of the BHPF message board is there as a chance for fans to chat generally about the event and help to build a community.

4. Official Moderators of the BHPF message board at any time have the right to restrict, suspend or ban any user that they feel are causing a problem in any way or not keeping within the terms and conditions of use.

5. We will not allow the bashing or badgering of any member of the BHPF community in anyway this also includes any guests that we have announced, we are more than happy to hear from anyone who feels they have a grievance and we will investigate it for them and take relevant action.

WARNING AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION PROCESS

1. If a moderator considers any rule has been flaunted or not adhered to then the offending message will be edited by a moderator with an explanation as to why the post had been edited, an official warning will be posted within the original message posted on the message board.

2. If a second instance arises where the registered user persists in flaunting the rules & conditions of use then again the original message will be edited on the board, the users account will be suspended and an email sent to the users registered email address at which time the registered user will need to agree in writing to adhere fully to the terms & conditions of use of the BHPF message board, if this is not done then the users account will be banned.

3. BHPF will not consider pleas or questions from any third party in respect of a suspended or banned user.
